A Wyvern Desk Review is designed to provide the customer with a quick, but comprehensive overview of a non-Wyvern recommended charter operator, with special emphasis on a particular flight, on a given date and time, and with a specified aircraft and aircrew. Desk Reviews can be accomplished both for domestic and international operators.
Information is gathered by one of our Wyvern research consultants, and then a summary is provided to one of our in-house experts. Our in-house expert will review pertinent information, to develop a safety and risk analysis profile of the operator, and then a recommendation to the customer will be made. The Desk Review can be customized to meet the requirements of the customer.
A typical Desk Review includes the following analysis and data:
- Search FAA databases on the operator, Part 135 certificate and aircraft
- Search NTSB databases on the operator and aircraft
- Search operator sanction database and binder
- Review of operator website
- Perform internet searches on the operator

A typical Desk Review usually takes 72 hours.
