Gama Aviation Wins BACA Award

For the second year running,
Gama Aviation
has been named as the "Best General Aviation Operator" at the
prestigious Baltic Air Charter Association (BACA) Excellence Awards,
which were held in London's Guildhall during the Association's 60th
Anniversary Luncheon in October.
The awards are voted for by the Association's members, which consist of
international airlines, operators, brokers and charter customers.
Gama is an international business aviation organization, offering aircraft management, charter and maintenance services more than 75 business aircraft, Gama is one of the largest privately owned aviation companies in the world and celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2008. Headquartered at Farnborough Airport in the United Kingdom, the company has offices in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Luton, Dubai and Sharjah in the UAE, at Stratford, Conn., and Teterboro, N.J., in North America, at Moscow in Russia and at Geneva in Switzerland.??
In his acceptance speech, Marwan Khalek, Group CEO, congratulated the team at Gama for its hard work in a tough year for business aviation in general and also took the opportunity to congratulate Paul Cremer and his team in the company's commercial department for its unstinting efforts. He also thanked the company's suppliers for their support, singling out TAG Farnborough Airport and Signature Flight Support Luton for their help. He closed by thanking the industry for its business over the past 18 months and for its work in continuing to make corporate aircraft a key tool for the world's companies.
